PRODUCT NATURE

South Scent's customers acknowledge that each item is crafted by hand and may exhibit slight variations from the website's images. These differences are inherent to the product's natural craftsmanship and are not considered flaws. The candle jars are formed from ceramic molds, ensuring uniqueness in each piece. These variations do not impact the product's performance. Buyers should be aware that slight differences may exist between each jar, adding to the product's charm and authenticity.

 

RETURNS 

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for candles that have been used. We are eager to assist in replacing or refunding items that have been damaged during transit. Should your candle arrive damaged, please reach out to us at hello@southscent.com.au within 3 days of delivery, providing evidence of the damage.

 

SHIPPING

Delivery is calculated at checkout, orders $85 and over qualify for free shipping. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Should any delays arise, South Scent will advise customers via email.
